RETURNS 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of your delivery date as long as the item is unused and in a re-sellable condition which will be determined once the item is returned to us. 

Shipping and handling charges that you incur upon returning items are non-refundable except if your item(s) is returned because it is defective.

REFUND TIMELINE 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

If the item is damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item. 

Shipping and handling charges are not applied if the item is defective.

RESTOCKING FEE 

There is a 10% restocking/ handling fee.

HOW TO PACKAGE RETURNS 

Any returned item needs to be repackaged in a sturdy shipping container with ample packing material inside that adequately protects the merchandise from damage during shipping. 

Returns that arrive in flimsy packaging will not be accepted. 

All material and return label costs are non-refundable.
